Die Provinz Algier (arabisch ولاية الجزائر, DMG Wilāya al-Ǧazāʾir) ist eine Provinz (wilaya) im nördlichen Algerien.
Die Provinz umfasst die Hauptstadt Algier sowie einige ihrer Vorstädte (hier aufgelistet) und hat eine Fläche von 865 km2.
Sie ist die am dichtesten besiedelte und am stärksten industrialisierte Provinz des Landes, rund 3.311.976 Menschen (1. Januar 2007) bewohnen die Provinz, die Bevölkerungsdichte beträgt somit 3.829 Einwohner pro Quadratkilometer.
Hauptstadt der Provinz ist Algier.
