Arthur Jeffery

Arthur Jeffery (* 1892; † 1959) war ein bedeutender Semitist.
Jeffery war Professor für Semitische Sprachen an der Columbia University und am Union Theological Seminary in New York und in Kairo. Er ist der Autor wichtiger Werke zur Geschichte des Korantexts.
