Brasilianische Municipios

Ich bin so frei und überschreibe meinen alten Beitrag. Meiner Meinung nach wäre die Vorlage fertig, ich müßte lediglich noch eine Dokumentation schreiben, welche Parameter wie angegeben werden. Du kannst dir das Ergebnis hier ansehen und von mir aus etwas rumtesten. Ein paar Anmerkungen dazu schonmal vorab:

  1. Name: wird dort nichts eingetragen, wird der aktuelle Seitenname genutzt. Da der Test in meinem BNR liegt schauts ohne Wert dort nicht so gut aus.
  2. Text_Karte: überschreibt den definierten Standard-Beschreibungstext
  3. Bundesstaat: erkannt wird die ISO-Code-Eingabe (sowohl "BR-PE" als auch nur "PE") und auch normaler Text (dabei wird Texteingabe ohne Akzente dennoch erkannt und korrigiert (Goias->Goiás))
  4. Gründung: verlinkt derzeit dennoch auf Gründungsstadt, weil Gemeindegründung sich nur mit Kirchengemeinden befasst.
  5. Census: wird dieser nicht angeben, erscheint statt dessen "(?)". Unnötig? Oder als Hinweis, diese Info zu suchen, behalten?
  6. Insignien: werden beide angegeben, bekommt jedes eine Hälfte der Box, wird nur eines angegeben, erhält es automatisch die gesamte Breite.
  7. Postcode: Postleitzahl soll es ja nicht heißen, aber CEP versteht der normale Leser sicher nicht direkt

Es kann auch noch an Farben oder Anordnungen Veränderungen geben, sofern du dies wünschst. -- Carmen Lina grüßt aus Österreich 01:29, 11. Ich habe mal in meinem Benutzernamesraum den Artikel Gemeinde in Brasilien erstellt. Allenfalls gibt er Dir noch Anregungen für Deine Vorlage?
Zu Deiner obigen Liste hier meine Anmerkungen:
  1. Name: Sehr gut, denn so kann man den Klammerzusatz (Goiás) in vielen Lemmas zu GO-Gemeinden entfernen.
  2. Text_Karte: dito
  3. Gründung: Dazu könnte ich allenfalls noch einen Abschnitt mit Erklärung im Lemma Gemeinde in Brasilien einbauen. Ansonsten wird dies sich auch im Artikel der Gemeinde im Abschnitt == Geschichte == unterbringen lassen.
  4. Census: Diese Daten sind vom IBGE für alle Gemeinden jeweils in einer kompakten Datei DTB_20xx.zip zu finden. Sollten also kein Problem darstellen
  5. Insignien: OK
  6. Postcode: Warum nicht verlinken: Postleitzahl (CEP) ?
  7. Zum Vorlagenname: Eigentlich unerheblich, da ihn der normale Leser ohnehin nicht sieht. Aber Angaben zur Gebietskörperschaft wie Gemeinde (Bsp.: Goiás Velho), Distrito (Bsp: Buenolândia) - Erklärung unter Gemeinde in Brasilien#distrito, Siedlung, Sitz der Comarca (vgl. Gemeinde in Brasilien#comarco), etc. wären für mich wünschenswert. Ich werde mal versuchen den Artikel Benutzer:Oceco/Werkstatt/Gemeinde in Brasilien entsprechend auszubauen. Falls Dir was auf- oder einfällt, nur zu mit Bearbeitungen im Artikel!

Sorry für die späte Antwort - ich wurde anderweitig aufgehalten. Zu deinen Punkten (und andere Änderungen):

1. Name: Wenn ich das richtig sehe, wird bei den meisten Gemeinden mit Klammerzusatz dies gemacht, weil es noch gleichnamige Orte in anderen Bundesstaaten Brasiliens gibt. Selbst wenn der Artikel nur als Rotlink existiert ist es oft gut, die anderen Artikel bereits entsprechend umbenannt zu haben (spart ein hin-und-her verschieben). Eigentlich gilt dieser Parameter dazu, Städte mit Klammerlemma in der Vorlage richtig (d.h. ohne Klammerlemma) weiter verarbeiten zu können - eben gerade für Anwendungen wie vordefinierten Kartentext.

Ja, d.h. alles i.O. Den Klammerzusatz (Goiás) habe ich damals generell für alle noch nicht existierenden Gemeinden in Goiás eingeführt, da es mir zu blöd war beim Verlinken jeweils nachsehen zu müssen ob nun mit oder ohne Klammer. Dieses Schema wurde vereinzelt wieder angemotzt, tw. auch punktuell revertiert. Aber auf einer Diskussionsseite von Dritten habe ich die Bestätigung erhalten, dass dies für einen klar umrissenen Bereich zulässig ist.

2. Gründung: würde ich schon in die Vorlage eingebaut lassen. Wenn dein Artikel fertig sein sollte ließe sich der Link auch leicht umbiegen. 3. CEP ist doch schon entsprechend verlinkt. Oder stört dich die Bezeichnung "Postcode"? Ist ne Kleinigkeit, das zu ändern. Oder meinst du, dass nur CEP verlinkt sein soll?

Ja zu Letzterem, den dort wird er auch entspr. bras. Eigentümlichkeiten erklärt. PLZ finde ich geläufiger, ist aber reine Geschmacksache, solange CEP verlinkt ist.

4. Census: ich lass das "?" drin und versuche darüber dann die Wartungskategorie zu definieren (automatisch erstellte Liste, auf welchen Seiten diese Einträge fehlen)

Wikidata wird da sicher neue Möglichkeiten bieten, wie umfassende Aktualisierung inkl. Erhebungsdatum

5. Zeitzone: änder ich so um, dass dies nicht mehr eingetragen werden muss, sondern durch den Bundesstaat definiert wird.

Macht Sinn, insbesonders auch im Zusammenhang mit Wikidata.

6. Gebietskörperschaft: Derzeit ist die Vorlage nicht für die Distritos ausgelegt (sondern halt für die Gemeinden). Eine eigene Vorlage würde aber eh wieder fast die gleichen Parameter nutzen, daher wäre es schon praktisch, dass hier gleich mit reinzubauen. Dafür muss ich aber größere Umbauten vornehmen (so ist z.B. der Kartentyp ein ganz anderer, damit verbunden auch andere Texte nötig). Sollte aber zu machen sein.

Ich denke vorerst mal eine Liste der Comarcas inkl. zugehöriger distritos in Goiás zu erstellen und dann ev. einen separaten Artikel Comarca (Brasilien).

7. Comarca: durch die große Bandbreite (eine C. für mehrere Gemeinden bis hin zu mehreren C. für eine Gemeinde) wird das wohl ein sehr rudimentärer Parameter werden. Der Artikel Comarca müßte dann vlt. noch um einen Abschnitt Brasilien erweitert werden.

Sehe ich auch so und ist auf der virtuellen Pendenzliste.

Ich habe mir erlaubt einige Antworten oben zu geben, aber vorerst nachstehend einige Vorbemerkungen:

  • ich habe mal einiges bei Wikidata verfolgt, dass auch unser Gebiet betrifft und habe bemerkt, dass auch dort einiger Diskussionsbedarf existiert (z.B. hier und Abschnitt 2: Wiedereinmal: Administrative Einheiten - hoffentlich das letzte mal). Ist in unserem Kontext sehr interessant und ich werde das künftig im Auge behalten.
  • Zu Comarcas: Ich sehe das auf die Schnelle heute etwa so:
Territorialle Gliederung der Judikative mit einem (Gerichts-)Sitz (port.: sede) erster Instanz in einem brasilianischen município. Eine Comarca kann flächengleich sein mit einer Gemeinde (in grossen Gemeinden auch nur ein Teil? São Paulo?), auch weitere Gemeinden umfassen und auch nur einige Teile anderer Gemeinden umfassen. Comarcas sind weiter unterteil in distitos (de: Distrikte; Bezeichnungen wie Bezirk, Landkreis oder Kreis möchte ich vermeiden). Bin gespannt wie das in Wikidata einfliessen wird wenn überhaupt.
Z.Z. bin ich schreibend etwas auf Standby, erstens wegen Wikidata, 2. weiss ich noch nicht wie ich vorgehen soll u.a. wegen Strukturierung (Artikelaufteilung/-verschiebung), wegen der Fülle der Quellen (wie wo einbauen), wo wie korrigieren, woher die Zeit nehmen, etc).

Ich habe deswegen das Layout etwas angepasst. Nach der Karte gibt es eine Übersicht über die Verwaltungszugehörigkeit (ist wohl der treffendste Begriff, der mir dazu einfiel). Dort ist Staat, Bundesstaat, Meso- und Mikroregion zusammengefasst, hinzu kamen jetzt auch die Comarcas (und im Falle eines Distritos noch das Municipio). Damit ein Leser versteht, warum das so vielschichtig angegeben wird wäre dein Artikel als Verweis im ANR schon sehr praktisch. Eine Grobfassung würde vermutlich erstmal reichen, ausbauen geht ja auch später noch. --- Carmen Lina grüßt aus Österreich 23:12, 27. Feb. 2013 (CET)
Nachtrag: zu den Einwohnerzahlen hab ich irgendwann mal eine Vorlage gesehen, die die Einwohnerzahlen automatisch aus einer Liste eintrug, nur finde ich die nichtmehr. Das behalte ich aber im Hinterkopf, wenn ich doch nochmal drauf stoßen sollte. Vorteil davon wäre, dass auf nur einer Seite die Daten gepflegt werden müssen (etwa bei neuer Zählung/Schätzung) und nichtmehr jeder Artikel einzeln. Ein zweiter Punkt: der Titel des politischen Führers eines Municipio/Distrito ist Bürgermeister? Kreisvorsitzender? ...? --- Carmen Lina grüßt aus Österreich 23:17, 27. Feb. 2013 (CET)

    • We’re currently carefully monitoring performance after the deployment of phase 2 on the first 11 Wikipedias. There seem to be a few small issues. As soon as they are resolved we'll deploy on English Wikipedia. All other Wikipedias are planned to follow very soon after that.
    • Bye and a big thank you to Anja, Silke, Jens and John who are leaving the development team at the end of the month and will work on other cool things. You’ll be missed!
    • Ever had any doubt about the possibilities of Wikidata? Talk to Wiri!
    • We worked on reducing the time it takes for Wikidata edits to show up in the Wikipedias and made some progress. Daniel posted an analysis
    • We started running a script on the database in order to make search on Wikidata case-insensitive. This should be finished in a few days and then search should be more useful.
    • In addition to the above we have rolled out a new search box that suggests items. This should also make finding things on Wikidata a lot easier for you.
    • We’re making some progress with Internet Explorer 8 support but there are a lot of issues with it (some outside our control). It’s unclear at the moment how much we can improve it still without spending an unjustified amount of time on it. You can follow the progress at bugzilla:44228
    • Edits are now auto-confirmed for users with more than 50 edits and account age 4 days: bugzilla:46461
    • Do you need old-style interwiki links for a sister project for example? This is for you
    • The Wikimedia Foundation applied as a mentoring organisation for Google Summer of Code again. We have proposed some Wikidata projects for students to take up if the Foundation is accepted again. At least 2 other organisations that applied also propose Wikidata ideas. More details on that once we know which organisations are accepted.
    • Denny hacked together a tree of life based on data from Wikidata
    • Wikidata was added to wikipulse
    • A template to retrieve data from Wikidata if no local value is set

    • Deployment of phase 2 on English Wikipedia is currently planned for April 8. The remaining Wikipedias are scheduled for April 10. As usual this might change if we run into problems along the way.
    • There is now a page showing the current lag for changes propagating to the Wikipedias so they can show up in watchlists and recent changes for example. This should ideally be in the range of a few minutes. Right now it is higher because of some abnormally high bot activity but decreasing. Should be down to a few minutes soon.
    • There’s now a badge you can add to Wikipedia articles to indicate there is data about it on Wikidata
    • We hit Q10000000
    • A Wikidata item in the wild ;-)

    • Got some external professional review of our code and architecture and started working on their feedback
    • Worked on reducing the dispatch lag (the time it takes for changes on Wikidata to be sent to the Wikipedias for display in watchlist, recent changes and to purge affected pages)
    • Worked on using Redis for job queue to improve the lag situation even further
    • Created new Wikibase Query extension for phase 3 functionality
    • Autocomments & Autosummaries for SetClaim module
    • Worked on the GeoCoordinate parser

    • Deployment of phase 2 on the remaining Wikipedias was delayed because of a high lag of changes being propagated to the Wikipedias. The lag has been reduced considerably now and is going down even more. The new date for deployment will not be next week because there are other large changes on Wikimedia infrastructure scheduled that we do not want to interfere with. It will hopefully happen very soon after that though.
    • Next code update on wikidata.org is planned for Wednesday. This should include qualifiers and bugfixes.
    • There will probably be a short outage/read-only for wikidata.org on Tuesday (database is being switched to MariaDB)
    • If you're a student and interested in coding on Wikidata consider applying for Google Summer of Code.
    • There is a new user right: property creators
    • There is now a page to request deletion of a property
    • We now have Bureaucrats

    • Fixed weird blocked-user/protected-page handling in UI (bugzilla:45140)
    • Final meetings for the external professional review of our code and architecture. They were quite happy with the quality of the codebase and gave useful tips for improvements

    • Wikivoyage is scheduled to get access to Wikidata data (aka phase 2) on August 26th.
    • Listen to and watch beautiful Wikidata edits
    • To support the inclusion of geographical coordinates in Wikidata, just about two months a new data type came available and d:Property:P625 "coordinate location" was created. Already 565,000 pairs of coordinates are now available on WikiData. Compare this to 870,000 coordinates on English Wikipedia or 1,500,000 items with d:Property:P17 "country", likely to have coordinates. Have a look at them on a map.
