Re-made the geometry of the star in another way, using triangles and using clones to make up the star. Used clones to duplicate the stars. Also separated the two circles, the main one and the hole, and clipped the circle since part of the objects leaks outside the bounds of the flags. Grouped everything together. Tried to reduce file size with SVGOMG, but the file size almost doubled compared to the previous one, so, yeah.
