Diskussion:ISR

Ich frage mich, ob ISR (intergenic spacer region) dasselbe meint wie ITS (internal transcribed spacer). ISR kommt im Artikel "DNA microarray-based detection of nosocomial pathogenic Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii" von Ki Chang Keum et al. (2006) vor, ITS in Intraspecific Diversity of the 23S rRNA Gene and the Spacer Region Downstream in Escherichia colivon Ana I Anton et al. (1999).
