I believe in art and oppose copyfraud and all attempts to diminish the Public Domain. This sock puppet account is used for uploads of PD material, smaller mass edits and several other purposes, but only occasionally for new articles, and never for voting in elections of people. It is no real secret who is behind this account but I prefer not to have the real name account all over wikipedia for all trolls to pester one in real life.
