Mark Pendergrast

Mark Pendergrast (* 1. Oktober 1948) ist ein US-amerikanischer Journalist und Publizist, Sach- und Kinderbuchautor.

Mark Pendergrast wuchs in Atlanta auf. Seine Eltern sind Nan und Britt Pendergrast. Er hat sechs Geschwister. Er studierte Englische Literatur an der Harvard University und schloss mit dem Bachelor of Arts ab. Anschließend studierte er am Simmons College in Boston und schloss mit einem Master of Arts in Literaturwissenschaft ab. Er arbeitete an einer wissenschaftlichen Bibliothek und später als Journalist für das Wall Street Journal, die New York Times, den Financial Analyst, The Sun, das Vermont Life Magazine, Sea History, das Library Journal und Professional Psychology.

Pendergrast lebt in Essex Junction im US-Bundesstaat Vermont.
