Daniel Döbner was born in Aachen/Germany in 1974.

He found out about his love for Streetart and Illustration in 1990.

Since 1996 he has been presenting his art mainly in Europe, but also abroad in exhibitions, projects and commissioned works.

Studying Illustration from 2001 till 2005 at the University for Applied Sciences in Münster Germany, focused on children’s books, deepened his knowledge of Illustration and helped publishing four books and four board/card games till now.

Since 2005 he lives in Amsterdam (NL) and in addition to Illustration he also now works as a digital visualizer for advertising companies in the Netherlands.

Daniel is a versatile Illustrator who like’s to experiment a lot with technics and atmospheres. He loves the roughness, structure & honesty of analog work, such as mural art or works on canvas/jute with spraypaint or any other media. Working with or on wood or metal or sewing on canvas/ jute makes him feel like going back to the essence.

Since one year he is integrating Instant Coffee a lot into his analog works.
