Other vulnerable children

OVC means other vulnerable children. Children who might be affected by natural disasters like draughts, floods, storms, fires etc. or manmade disasters like political instability and others.

For instance in Lesotho where it has officially been announced that approximately 400,000 people are going to be affected by food shortage due to draught.

In Zimbabwe or Congo where the fightings have displaced people, it is difficult to earn a living to provide food for their families.
