Deutsch: Die Stieleiche (Quercus robur) in Kematen an der Krems ist über 200 Jahre alt. Sie steht in einem Graben und tritt daher trotz ihrer Mächtigkeit nicht aus der Landschaft hervor. Sie wurde 1991 unter Schutz gestellt und hatte damals schon einen Stammumfang von 5,7 m.
English: The pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) in Kematen an der Krems has an age of more than 200 years. It is located in a depression of the terrain and despite its impressive size it does not stand out of the landscape. The tree was protected as natural monument in 1991 and has had a circumference of 5,7 m at this time.
