Pardon me, if I write in English, but my German is not very well. I think that should be important to underline that the Triumphpforte of Innsbruck was directly inspired by the Triumphal arch of Florence (Arco di trionfo di Firenze) – built in 1737-39 by Jean-Nicolas Jadot, in occasion of the arrive in Florence of Maria Theresia and Franz III Stephan – because Peter Leopold was destined to rule in Tuscany.
