In April all WTA-id's have changed overnight. Most of them are now updated on WikiData, and a few weeks ago the en-wiki decided to pull the {{WTA}}-data from WikiData if it is available. For de-wiki this would also repair most of the links to the WTA-site, the ones that are right now still incorrect on WikiData (still 970 players to go) will get repaired, hopefully soon.
