I quickly checked the local edits here that are mentioned on Meta regarding the CU case you're handling. Apart from [http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Schuschi-Blutbäder&action=history this] possibly POV (but, from a CU point of view, rather harmless) article creation, I can't see any "bad" edits. Two of the four articles specifically noted on Meta regarding German Wikipedia – [[Andranik Toros Ozanian]] and [[Charles Aznavour]] – show no edits at all by the IP ranges in question, nor any other suspicious edits in the last months (many bot edits, no 'drama' visible) – the few other edits by those IP ranges are not problematic (like fixing broken interlanguage links or so). And for [[Asala]] you can only find one tiny [http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Asala&diff=34120533&oldid=33423410 silly edit] from July (too long ago to check). In addition, there has not been any vandalism on "User:Hayk" here. To summarise, I would suggest ''not'' to check any of these IPs here on de.wikipedia. I hope this helps.
