Unveröffentlichte Werke aus diesen Ländern sind möglicherweise vollständig urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Ein Werk aus einem dieser Länder kann in den USA gemäß URAA urheberrechtlich geschützt werden, wenn das Heimatland des Werks einen Urheberrechtsvertrag oder eine Vereinbarung mit den Vereinigten Staaten abschließt und das Werk in seinem Heimatland weiterhin urheberrechtlich geschützt ist.
