We see the 43+65, but as a 4-tanker. For flying from Jagel to Suffolk we never needed 4 tanks, so Virginia seems to be more real to me. There is another picture http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Tornado_from_MFG_1_lands_NAS_Oceana_1989.JPEG which endors my guess that Mildenhall is wrong.
