great to see that you are the first steward who really leaves a note before (possibly) running CU on de.wikipedia. Many thanks!
I quickly checked the local edits here that are mentioned on Meta regarding the CU case you're handling. Apart from this possibly POV (but, from a CU point of view, rather harmless) article creation, I can't see any "bad" edits. Two of the four articles specifically noted on Meta regarding German Wikipedia – Andranik Toros Ozanian and Charles Aznavour – show no edits at all by the IP ranges in question, nor any other suspicious edits in the last months (many bot edits, no 'drama' visible) – the few other edits by those IP ranges are not problematic (like fixing broken interlanguage links or so). And for Asala you can only find one tiny silly edit from July (too long ago to check). In addition, there has not been any vandalism on "User:Hayk" here. To summarise, I would suggest not to check any of these IPs here on de.wikipedia. I hope this helps. Cheers --:Bdk: 04:24, 4. Jan. 2008 (CET)

I'll take your word for it, and thanks for digging. It's a relief to know there's not anything worrisome you spotted in the edits, but I still wanted to check the IPs for other reasons... I'm happy to go into why privately with you. The Steward handbook mentions that we're supposed to mention checks if we run them here. Danke für die Bewilligung mir des " editor" Recht. Ich vermutlich verwende es, um nur zu experimentieren. Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut genug, sicheres I' zu sein; m, das wirklich richtig etwas, aber genehmigen, ich schätzen es wirklich.
