Der Citroën Survolt ist ein Prototyp Projekt von Citroën. Es wurde 2010 auf der Geneva Motor Show vorgestellt.

Der Survolt ist ein Rennauto, basierend auf dem Konzept der Citroën Revolte, vorgestellt 2009 auf der IAA. Da das Fahrzeug allein mit Strom versorgt wird, hat es keinen lokalen Kohlenstoffdioxid Ausstoß.

Das Auto hat horizontale LED Frontscheinwerfer. Diese brauchen weniger Strom als herkömmliche Glühbirnen. Dies ist für ein Elektrofahrzeug entscheidend.
Hinten hat der Survolt das Lichtclusterdesign von dem Revolte übernommen.
Ein Kunstauto basierend auf dem Survolt wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Françoise Nielly 2011 erstellt.

Leistungs- und Verbrauchsdaten[Bearbeiten | Quelltext bearbeiten]
The Survolt is powered by a pair of electric motors with a combined power output of 300 bhp (223.71 kW). Its top speed is 260 kph (161.56 mph), and it can accelerate from 0–100 kph (62.2 mph) in less than 5 seconds.[1]
Citroën claims that the batteries provide a range of Vorlage:Convert.

The Citroën Survolt made its first appearance on a racetrack at Le Mans on 12 July 2010. Vanina Ickx was the first driver to get behind the wheel of the Survolt.
Although it has not been confirmed that the Survolt will ever be produced, there are rumors that Citroën wants to create a limited-production of a compact-sized concept based on this car, and start a one-make racing series. The Citroën Survolt will be produced in 2018 as a production car.Vorlage:Citation needed

The Citroën Survolt makes an appearance in Asphalt 8: Airborne and in GT Racing 2, both mobile racing games. Asphalt 8 was released on August 22, 2013. In Asphalt 8: Airborne, it has an acceleration of 3.00 s, a top speed of 276 km/h, a handling of 1.200 Gs, and a temporary speed boost of 29 km/h. These are upgradeable, through several iterations, to a maximum of acceleration in 2.20 s, top speed of 302 km/h, handling rated at 1.300 Gs and speed boost of 43 km/h. [2] The British automobile test driving show Top Gear has driven the car around their famous test track and has given it high marks except for the fact that it is exceptionally hard to climb in and out of.
