Am 13. März 2001 kommen Dexia und Arcofin überein, 99,53 Prozent der Anteile an Artesia BC an Dexia zu verkaufen. Arcofin erhält dafür am 3. Juli 2001 178,934,630 neue Dexia Aktien oder einen Anteil von 15,5 Prozent. Genehmigung durch EU-Kommission am 14. Juni 2001. Abgeschlossen am 3. Juli 2001. PM vom 03.07.2001
On July 3, 2001, Dexia and VDK Spaarbank n.v. signed an agreement for Dexia to acquire (for EUR 15.5 million paid in cash) the 24,606 Artesia BC shares owned by VDK Spaarbank (representing 0.47% of the capital of Artesia BC). Following the completion of these two operations, Dexia now owns 100% of the capital of Artesia BC. PM vom 03.07.2001
