Ramona Marquez (* 24. Februar 2001 in London) ist eine britische Schauspielerin.
Leben und Karriere
[Bearbeiten | Quelltext bearbeiten]Marquez wurde am 24. Februar 2001 in London geboren. Ihr Vater ist der Schauspieler Martin Marquez. Sie studierte an der University of Manchester. Ihr Debüt gab sie 2009 in dem Film Enid.[1]
Later in 2009, Marquez became the first child to win the British Comedy Award for 'Best Female Comedy Newcomer'.[2] Outnumbered also won two other comedy awards on the night, including 'Best TV Comedy'.[2] Marquez has also appeared in The King's Speech as Princess Margaret[3] and Arthur Christmas as the voice of Gwen.[4]
Her father is Martin Marquez, an actor best known on television for his role as Gino Primirola, the head barman in the British television comedy drama Hotel Babylon. Her brother, Raoul Marquez, appeared with her in The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
Sie studierte an der University of Manchester.
Marquez outete sich als bisexuell.[5]
In 2019 it was reported that Marquez had started studying Spanish and Mandarin at the University of Manchester.[6]
