Notes ref. to article changes

[Quelltext bearbeiten]

I'll list my remarks here - just my thoughts and rather to be seen as project notes during work on the article. I will edit the article in between, collecting several changes. I don't want to change just one word

  • Introduction/Einleitung:

Your proposal wants to add "berühmten", which is not possible, as this is WP:POV,

  • Entstehung
"Ins Rampenlicht" --> POV, this was the first occasion that Germans saw Street dance/Breakdance: ? I doubt that, this sentence needs a proper citation.

The article now says that the show "Formal Eins" presented him as Europe's first breakdance artist - will check citation for this.

    • There's no source for this. EN #7 says Ruud v. Rijen called him + he rapped for the song. There's no mention of choreography. The following pages also speak of "our rapper" (Hanks & Jacks being the dance part). EN#8: link doesn't work - but even if it did, it's a Russian Fan Page, which do not comply to our rules.
OK, found a citation for "Choreograf für Formel 1"[1], I'll add this to the article.

Just to clarify things: we won't change this draft here and move it to the other page. We can work changes out and then implement them into the existing article - this draft would need too much changes. I just didn't want to start with minor edits over there. --AnnaS. @AnnaS.aus I.: no problem. but my issue is the 'current' article has WRONG info in it. i don't UNDERSTAND why we gotta go line by line from MY draft but the current article can stay as is? i don't get it? especially the FINAL section of the current article has WRONG info in it with NO sources.

below are my claims about your statements.

Notes on ref. to article changes

[Quelltext bearbeiten]

@AnnaS.aus I.:

First Comment: in response to your comments. i can remove "berühmten" so it is now (removed) from the INTRODUCTION section. this is a small revision.

Second Comment:

"Ins Rampenlicht" --> POV, this was the first occasion that Germans saw Street dance/Breakdance: ? I doubt that, this sentence needs a proper citation.

I have the citations right here please look!!! it is true please look at this autobiography book PUBLISHED in German by 90s artist DJ Bobo. https://books.google.com/books?id=fcI2DAAAQBAJ&pg=PT94&dq=captain+hollywood+formel+eins+deutschland&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwih1trgmITTAhVK7SYKHbpfBeoQ6AEIHTAA#v=onepage&q=captain%20hollywood%20formel%20eins%20deutschland&f=false

also countless numbers of record label websites and booking agent websites with with biographies on Captain Hollywood list tony as the first breakdance artist of germany https://www.stemevents.nl/entertainment/artiesten/acts/captain-hollywood.html http://www.ame-publishing.de/ame-media.de/cms/artists/captain-hollywood-project/ https://www.artists-only.com/k%C3%BCnstler-a-z/captain-hollywood-project/captain-hollywood-project-english/

now i can remove the sentence and re-word it to say instead of saying "the first time German's had seen breakdance/street dance" i could just say "the first famous breakdance artist of europe" but the general message is he was the first famous breakdance artist in Europe and Germany.

Third Comment: regarding tony being a choreographer for Twenty 4 Seven. it says it here in his 'who's who' part https://books.google.com/books?id=gZIjT8PgJMEC&pg=PA79&dq=captain+hollywood&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi59NrIo-DSAhVp6oMKHeNhCcEQ6AEIIjAB#v=onepage&q=captain%20hollywood&f=false

it clearly states:

"Career: Choreographer, major German television programer, artist, performing and producing The Mixmaster, Twenty 4 Seven, 1986-190; Captain Hollywood Project,."

so it clearly states that he was "Prodcuer, Chroeographer, Rapper as a solo artist, mixmaster and for twenty 4 seven. he worked with all 3 groups.

my main concern here is that the 'current' article has false claims in it. i have ALL my sources listed. EurodanceLover (Diskussion) 18:34, 18. Aug. 2017 (CEST)Beantworten
