- Hello @Mirji. Thank you for your message and I apologize for the disturbance. The only people we contact are those that have "Allow other users to Email me" checked in their preferences, though I realize our message can still be considered Junk email by many. We use email in order to prevent the large burden on administrators and users that comes with messaging the survey invitation on talk pages. It is nevertheless an imperfect system.
