The machine stands upright as in a workshop.
Its frame seems to be of cast iron. Possibly mechanically driven at its top by belt.
Right side, top: The thin vertical steel wire or rope could bei a trigger for action or release of a work cycle.
Left side: Is there a flywheel?
Is it a press or a hammer?
