No actual description of the German version?[Quelltext bearbeiten]
The near-omission of the German version "Zwei rote lippen..." is surprising. After reading Christoph Hein's Der Tangospieler, I wrote it in the English article, but my German is not good enough even for a serious research in the authorship and dating of the new lyrics. With all the cultural references and continuing popularity, I'd consider it to be definitely notable enough to deserve an exact description, at least. Dear Ehitaja, I listened to the words of the German version of « Adiós muchachos » and wrote the lyrics down for you. Here they are:

I don't remark any political dissidence. In my opinion it's simply a kitschy, cheesy hit text.
