Please explain the reason, why you want to have different name forms in the article. If you can proof (with a reliable source), that Ms. R. is of Polish origin (which might well be the case in Latgale) or of Russian origin, we could leave that one version as an alternative version in the article, the article staying at Ineta Radēviča however. If you fail to do so and continue to press your personal view in this article, I'm going to demand this article be blocked for IP-Changes or to have you blocked. Since you seem to to be on a mssion in other wkipedias as well, this may well result in an overall wiki-block.
