For the Dutch wikipage I could not find a Jakobus Hendrik Willem Kool, born in Amsterdam in 1890 or 1891. However in the archive of Amsterdam he is mentioned as Jacob Hendrik Willem Kool to be a resident, born in Nieuwer-Amstel on 31 december 1890. Nieuwer-Amstel was taken over by Amsterdam around 1895. The document in he was mentioned named also his wife Hajek. His Totenschein in The Hague mentions his parents and his wife. I put the right data on Wikidata,Ceescamel (Diskussion) 12:59, 6.
