Sorry, no command of German, just a bit of broken English. According to the Wikipedia the German fighter ace Josef Mai was born in Ottorowo in Galicia/Galizien (Austria-Hungary at the time). I think he might have been born in Ottorowo in Samter, a village that was part of the II Reich when he was born. Am I right?
