In the recent review on the group (Eeckhaut, I., D. Lanterbecq, 2005. Myzostomida: A review of the phylogeny and ultrastructure. Hydrobiologia, Vol. 535/536: 253–275.) Igor Eeckhaut and Deborah Lanterbecq mentioned at list four families – Myzostomatidae (notice the spelling!), Protomyzostomatidae, Mesomyzostomatidae and Endomyzostomatidae. This review is not concerned to within-group taxonomy but the authors gave the following reference: Grygier, M. J., 2000. Class Myzostomida. In Beesley, P. L., G. J. B. Ross & C. J. Glasby (eds), Polychaetes and Allies: The Southern Synthesis. Fauna of Australia, Vol. 4A Polychaeta, Myzostomida, Pogonophora, Echiura, Sipuncula. CSIRO Publishing, Melbourne: 297–330.
