I listed Fridtjof Baumgarten, AUT, as # 29, Heinz Hinterauer, SUT, as # 41, and F. Klein, TCH, as # 42. This is not directly supported by the sources. However, judging from the other results, the known results from the Nordic Combined, and my calculation of the NC points not mentioned in the sources, that is where they have to be.
