Verben nach Geschlecht!?

Wie soll man Verben überhaupt nach Geschlecht konjugieren können!? *ist verwirrt*. "Die Grundform der Verben im Novial wird für Gegenwart, Infinitiv und Imperativ benutzt. Die Verben werden grundsätzlich nicht nach Personen, Geschlecht oder Numerus konjugiert." Wieso sollten Verben überhaupt nach Geschlecht konjugiert werden!? Zum Beispiel werden in der lateinischen Sprache Verben im Perfekt Passiv je nach Geschlecht des Subjekts unterschiedlich konjugiert:

• laudatus sum: ich bin gelobt worden (und ich bin männlich)
• laudata sum: ich bin gelobt worden (und ich bin weiblich)
• vir laudatus est: der Mann ist gelobt worden
• femina laudata est: die Frau ist gelobt worden
