The correct name of the palace in Latvian is in fact "Rundāles pils" ("the Palace of Rundāle"), not "Pils Rundāle" ("Palace Rundāle"), as "Rundāle" is the name of the place where it is situated, not of the palace itself. --159.148.233.2 15:26, 4. Feb 2006 (CET)

I've made a slight mistake - Pilsrundāle (not Rundāle) is the area where Rundāles pils is located. Rundāles pils itself is not Pilsrundāle. This is evident by looking at the pictures found via Google Images (they do not depict the palace of Rundāle): Pilsrundāle. The address of Rundāles pils found on the web page of the palace ([1]) also indicates Pilsrundāle is not actual name of the palace, but rather the name of the surrounding area.
