Guten Tag! This redirect caused this English speaker, most regrettably ignorant of the German language, but nevertheless keen to eyeball the skopos theory *page* that I imagined would surely exist on de.wikipedia (from the comfort of a selection from the "Languages" menu in the left-hand sidebar at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skopos_theory) a sensation of initial disorientation. My initial thought on landing here was "Ooh! Does de.wikipedia consider Skopos theory to be synonymous with *all of* translation theory, how weird!"
I guess this redirect was the result of a merging of two such distinct pages in the past.
But this decision has impoverished the EN sidebar of a 'Deutsch' entry in its language tool bar. What to do?
I've started by leaving talk entries on both pages, and I'll watch both.
