'Katalanischer'[Quelltext bearbeiten]
Hallo !
Please forgive my writing in English. I can read German, but I don't master it well enough to write in German.
To say/write this :
"Xavier Sabata (* 1976 in Avià) ist ein katalanischer Opernsänger"
is not fit in an encyclopedia like Wikipedia. 'Katalanischer' is not a nationality. Catalonia IS NOT A STATE (they'd love to, but they aren't)
Xavier Sabata is a SPANISH countertenor.
Would you say 'Andreas Scholl ist ein hessischer Countertenor' because he was born in Hesse ? No : when I read the Wiki.de article on A. Scholl, I can read this :
"Andreas Scholl (* 10. November 1967 in Eltville am Rhein) ist ein international bekannter deutscher Countertenor"
Wouldn't it be fit to change the article and call X. Sabata "ein spanischer Opernsänger", and not a "katalanischer" one ?
Besides, why is Scholl called 'Countertenor' and Sabata just 'Opernsänger' : they are both 'Countertenors' and 'Opernsänger', aren't they ?
