Welcome to the German Wikipedia, BOSS.mattia. I'm sorry, but the website mentions Sergio Pecorelli to be the Chancellor. In the Italian as well as in the English version (which is the one I've already mentioned in my edit). Good evening, actually if you look at the reference page of the official site in Italian that I have added, you can read the public announcement about the new Chancellor Maurizio Tira. The title in italian is "Maurizio Tira è il nuovo Rettore dell’Università degli Studi di Brescia" that can be translated as "Maurizio Tira is the new Chancellor of the Uiniversity of Brescia".
