Hi Bruno!

Some remarks about the logo and screenshots of your software:

In Germany (as in many other countries, too), not every image, logo etc. is copyright protected. Even the image on the right isn’t protected (the highest German court decided that!) as it’s not individual enough – and your BOUML logo is not more indivual than this. So you can’t forbid the usage of the logo due to copyright things as it is not copyright protected in Germany.

It’s similar with screenshots: You put the software under a free license, so screenshots of this software are available under the same license, the GPL. We’re allowed to use these screenshots according to the GPL.

I hope you understand our position.

Please have a look on the discussion page Diskussion:BOUML. --Blatand 21:09, 13. Sep. 2010 (CEST)[Beantworten]

I add an answer in the paragraph 'logo?', is it ok or did you ask for something else ? --Bruno pages 23:02, 13. Sep. 2010 (CEST)[Beantworten]

It seems that the discussion is over and the wrong logo is gone from the article. I've also answered you on my Disk --Spiteactor 11:29, 14. Sep. 2010 (CEST)[Beantworten]

The whole article will be deleted sooner or later because your tool is not relevant enough for the wikipedia project. BTW: You never anwered any dircect questions neither on my nor on your disk which is kind of strange as you tried to make us understand. --Spiteactor 08:23, 23. Sep. 2010 (CEST)[Beantworten]
