Deutschland Deutschland Hallo. Sag, bist du der gleiche Benutzer wie Benutzer:Janja dvorsak? Du hast bei obigem Bild einen Ausschnitt hochgeladen und dabei die Informationen verändert. Leider sind Lizenzen mit -nc-Baustein nicht kompatibel mit den Bedingungen freier Lizenzen hier. Ganz davon abgesehen müsste eine Freigabe sowieso erfolgen vom Fotografen. Für Textbausteine siehe hier auf Deutsch bzw. auf Englisch.

Hello. A question, are you the same user as User:Janja dvorsak? You have uploaded a crop of the file and changed the creator and license. Be Aware, that licenses with noncommercial and/or no derivate are not allowed on any Wikimedia-/Wikipedia-Project. So they can't be used. On the other side, a permission is needed from the original photographer. He or she have to give permission. E-Mail-templates are available in german and in english language. Hi, Quedel, thanks for question. I'm not the same user. I have just tried to help User:Janja dvorsak with upload. My upload is another crop of the same image. Beside I've made description more specific and correct. The source page has a licence tag of CC BY-NC-SA 2.5 at the bottom so I believe the permission for noncommercial use is granted that way. --Janezdrilc (Diskussion) 22:38, 16. Mai 2018 (CEST)

Fair Use is only usable at en.wikipedia and some minor other Wikipedia-Projects. On most middle-european-language-wikipedia and Wikimedia Fair-Use isn't allowed because this copyright-laws don't have any Fair-Use-Rights. See en:WP:Fair Use for en.wp and their use of Fair Use or c:Commons:Fair use for an overview over Fair Use on different Wikimedia-Projects.
