Pholasith / Forwarder; T · 1987-date · 1F2R · Hundreds of thousands
Bangkok-based Pholasith Tuk Tuk Motors became the largest manufacturer of motorized three-wheeled rickshaws in Thailand, churning out up to 16,000 a year from its factories in Bangkok. It changed its name to Tuk Tuk Forwarder in 2000. It was one of the pioneers of switching from two-stroke engines to less polluting four-stroke units (550cc engines with 30bhp, able to run on petrol, LPG or CNG), while electric-powered tuk tuks were also developed. The range included models with three seats, six-to-eight seats and pick-ups. --Buch-t (Diskussion) 15:09, 13. Apr. 2019 (CEST)Beantworten
