Joseph Baylee (* 23. Juli 1807 oder 1808 in Limerick; † 7. Juli 1883 in Gloucestershire) war ein britischer Theologe.

Joseph Baylee studierte am Trinity College Dublin. Er war Gründer und erster Leiter des St. Aidan's Theological College in Birkenhead.

Baylee war einer der führenden anglikanischen Kontroverstheologen in der Zeit der Oxford-Bewegung und der Konversionen zahlreicher prominenter Briten zur römisch-katholischen Kirche.
