- Yes sorry, but it is not easy to find out who is who because there are some canadian people named Michael Bedard. One is an Artist (Michael Bedard Fine Art image), but I think he is even not the creator of the ducks, the other one is a novelist and writer of fairy tales image. But what should we do now? I wanted to write about the one who made the Sitting Ducks picture book. image and there is written that this man is the author of the green man I do not know what ist right or wrong. --Liebe Grüße, Lómelinde Diskussion 16:59, 23. - Thank you for writing your English, which is better than my German. I agree that "Michael Bedard Fine Art" is a third person and a second artist, evidently a native and resident of Utah. (There are others by search VIAF or search LCCatalogue.)
- At a glance, I guess that the text at "author of the green man" is all correct except born "Windsor (Ontario)", which should be "Toronto". But certainly the image shows Sitting Ducks artist Michael Bedard D:Q20719640 (images [1] [2]), not the children's writer D:Q3856112 (images (scroll back to page 8) [3])
- I exported the German-language material about the Ducks artist to de:Diskussion:Sitting Ducks##Künstler Michael Bedard.
- I stored some information about the children's writer at en:Talk:Michael Bedard#Not the poster artist.
- I find no biographical information for anyone, Bedards and others, at Library and Archives Canada. Unlike Library of Congress and very different from Australia AUSTLIT ([4]).
