The Realtek logo was designed right at the outset of the company’s history in 1987 and is kept unchanged until now. The logo has the name of the company and the brand name, “REALTEK” in block letters. The graphics of the wordmark is most close to the commercial font Jalal Bold. To the left of the wordmark, the logo has one of the most comical emblems in the world of computer technology that makes it noticeable and easily recognizable both on documents and on Realtek products. It is a stylized image of a crab made up of schematic images of electronic details. Inside the body of the crab, one can guess and abbreviation of the name of the Realtek Semiconductor Corp. The colour of the logo is dark deep blue.

According to the corporations’ official Internet site, it logotype means that through persistence, strength, and adaptability, Realtek Semiconductor Corp. advances in the spirit of the crab. It gradually overcomes countless challenges to accomplish its goals and ensure consistent growth in line the company’s corporate philosophy expressed in its motto “Self-confidence and trust in people”.
