Ich habe gesehen, dass du dich vor Kurzem hier angemeldet hast, und möchte dir daher für den Anfang ein paar Tipps geben, damit du dich in der Wikipedia möglichst schnell zurechtfindest.

• Wenn du neue Artikel erstellen möchtest, kannst du viele Unannehmlichkeiten vermeiden, wenn du zuvor einen Blick auf Was Wikipedia nicht ist und die Relevanzkriterien wirfst. Nicht alle Themen und Texte sind für einen Artikel in einer Enzyklopädie wie der Wikipedia geeignet.

• Solltest du bestimmte Wörter oder Abkürzungen nicht auf Anhieb verstehen, hilft dir ein Blick ins Glossar.

• Wenn du Bilder hochladen möchtest, achte bitte auf die korrekte Lizenzierung und überlege, ob du dich eventuell auch auf Commons anmelden möchtest, um die Bilder dort auch allen Schwesterprojekten zur Verfügung zu stellen.

• Bitte wahre immer einen freundlichen Umgangston, auch wenn du dich mal ärgerst. Um in Diskussionen leicht zu erkennen, wer welchen Beitrag geschrieben hat, ist es üblich, seine Beiträge mit --~~~~ zu signieren. Das geht am einfachsten mit der auf dem Bild nebenan markierten Schaltfläche.

• Sei mutig, aber vergiss bitte nicht, dass andere Benutzer auch Menschen sind, die manchmal mehr, manchmal weniger Wissen über die Abläufe hier haben.

We are a nonprofit organization whose only objective is to spread useful and trustworthy information on HIV/AIDS, addressing both specialists/students and the general public. it's only me (I'm a volunteer x everything Internet, I came to Switzerland few years ago and my German is still basic - not good enough for conceptual discussions) but things are written by the doctors who are Swiss and their German as you can see is perfect. hope this clarifies. thank you in advance if want to help us. offenbar gibt es Probleme mit einem deiner angelegten Artikel. Da du noch nicht so erfahren in der Wikipedia bist, will ich dir meine Hilfe anbieten beziehungsweise dich auf das Wikipedia:Mentorenprogramm aufmerksam machen. Dort kannst du mit erfahrenen Autoren zusammenarbeiten, um solche Diskussionen in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Am besten suchst du dir aus der Mentoren-Liste jemanden, der sich in deinem Themengebiet gut auskennt. Oder du setzt auf deine Benutzerseite gleich {{Mentor gesucht}}. Mentorenprogramm

Hallo Aidsinfoch, ein herzliches Willkommen im Mentorenprogramm! Ich bin nun dein Mentor und damit persönlicher Ansprechpartner in allen Fragen rund um die Wikipedia. Ich habe daher deinen {{Mentor gesucht}}-Baustein durch den entsprechenden Mentee-Baustein ersetzt.

Zur eigentlichen Betreuung: Ich bin dafür da, Fragen im Dialog zu beantworten. Dies passiert in der Regel auf so genannten Diskussionsseiten. Jeder Mitarbeiter verfügt über eine Benutzerdiskussionsseite. Auf meiner Diskussionsseite kannst du mich ab sofort ansprechen.

Hi Paola, Thank you very much for your contributions to Wikipedia, we are a free encyclopedia that values every contribution and we try very hard to give new members a good start. Still there are sometimes problems when new members try to "push their agenda" too hard and do not align with the community very well, this might often lead to adverse reactions by older members who have already seen many such new editors. Thus it is very important, first and foremost, that you adhere to the rules of Wikipedia and one of those rules is the neutral point of view en:WP:NPOV (which is very hard to achieve if you are employed by the organization you are supposed to write about; and the English Wikipedia even disallows any such contributions based on the fact that such one-use accounts do usually not contribute in the long term and in other articles). We in the German Wikipedia still believe that valuable contributions can come from such organizations and persons and frankly I believe its better to declare a conflict of interest than pretend it does not exist.

So lets go to the point where I can help you and make few things clear: Wikipedia is a community driven project and it is thus essential to be able to find and understand the rules of the community and discuss with members of the community -- there you might have a hard stand I can definitively help you out there; one starting point are the WP:RK. This also means that I cannot "do stuff for you" with some mighty enhanced rights, but I can point you into the right direction and help you find arguments. Still you will have to face the arguments in the deletion debate and find contra-arguments if there are any right now. You will also have to improve the article to fit the encyclopedic writing style. If your German is not good enough for these tasks, I suggest that you find somebody who can help you there. There seem to be several problems on the content-level and on the meta-level with your article. If you have further questions, please write on my discussion page, otherwise I might overlook it. Mentorprogramm

Hallo Aidsinfoch, du hast seit über 2 Monaten keinen Edit in der Wikipedia mehr gemacht. Bist du noch an einer weiteren Betreuung durch mich im Rahmen des Mentorenprogramm interessiert? Der Grund für meine Frage ist, dass ich bei den von mir betreuten Benutzern periodisch nachsehe, welche Edits diese gemacht haben, welche neue Artikel sie angelegt haben, und was auf ihren Benutzerdiskussionsseiten passiert. Das alles kostet Zeit, und ist nicht besonders sinnvoll, wenn der Betreute so wenig Aktivität zeigt. Gruss --hroest Disk 16:01, 28. Apr. 2010 (CEST)
