Die NFL Saison 1920 war die erste Saison der US-amerikanischen Footballliga National Football League (NFL), die zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch "American Professional Football Conference" (APFC) hieß. Das erste Spiel fand am 26. September 1920, das letzte Spiel am 19. Dezember 1920 statt. Meister der Liga wurden die Akron Pros.
