Die General Association of International Sports Federations (Abk.: GAISF, französisch Association Générale des Fédérations Internationales des Sports, AGFIS) ist die Dachorganisation aller Sportverbände weltweit. Insgesamt gehören ihr 106 Organisationen an (Stand 2007), darunter Sportfachverbände (wie die IAAF oder die FIFA), aber auch Sportorganisationen mit speziellen Aufgabenbereichen (wie die IWGA).

Höchstes Beschlussorgan ist die Generalversammlung, die jährlich im Mai an wechselnden Orten stattfindet.

Die GAISF wurde 1967 in Lausanne gegründet. Ihr Sitz ist seit 1977 Monaco.

Derzeitiger Präsident ist der ehemalige Präsident des Internationalen Radsportverbandes, Hein Verbruggen.
