Zu den antarktischen Inseln bzw. den subantarktischen Inseln gehören alle Inseln und Inselgruppen im Südpazifik, im Südatlantik, im Südindik und im Südlichen Ozean, welche südlicher als die Antarktische Konvergenz liegen.
